Due to increasingly low reimbursement rates and the growing administrative burden of prior authorizations, PhysiAlign will now be accepting a smaller number of insurance plans. This change allows us to protect the quality of care we provide and ensure that your treatment remains personalized, effective, and uninterrupted. We’re here to help you understand how this update may affect your coverage and to discuss flexible options that support your continued care.

2026 Cash Rates
As of April 1, 2026 there will be an increase in our prices for cash-pay treatment options.
Physical therapy:
Evaluation 60 minutes = $225
Evaluation 45 minutes = $175
Follow-up 45 minutes = $90
Follow-up 30 minutes = $60
Performance / personal training:
Session 45 minutes = $75
Session 30 minutes = $55
